Missing 2 Appointments for service or product delivery will subject you to a security deposit, 1/3 of estimated base service or product price, on an eligible card, upon your third booking.
Book 24 Hours ahead of time.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a refund of 3/4 of deposit...32 hrs for 2/3 , 24 hrs for 1/3 , 12 hours for ½. Less than a 12 hour notice subjects you to full deposit charged.
Client must cancel a session with-in the first 20 minutes to qualify for a at least a 1/3 refund of estimated price total, when due to dissatisfaction with the service provided; 30 Minutes for ¼; 40 minutes is an 1/8. Any Security Deposit is final and in addition to cash-out dues.
Gift Card Refunds acceptable up to 15 days after purchase for values of $75 or less. Other-wise, a credit difference will be issued, so long as an equivalent service is still available.

Your Partner will work on you with me for better coach-ability.
Please Dress in clothing that makes it easy to switch between table receiver and caregiver, thus minimizing hands on time lost during the swap.
