Only once you learn to love yourself will you be really able to love and accept love from others. Controlling your own thoughts and emotions is essential in the health of your heart. Grief can even have physical bad effects. The love your friends, parents, spouse, and child show you (vvs) are all different because it's important to love each person in their own way, not because you love one less than your self. You love that of yourself that you see in them and for that accept the parts of them you do not associate with. Every encounter or bond brings a question or reminder of who you are and who you want to be. Each may even hold a different piece of the puzzle that is you.

Respect that we are all our own unique individuals, all on our own path. Construct your support or power circles according to a common cause of purpose only. The very lines that divide the details, also binds the Grand Picture. Draw healthy boundaries, for everything and one purpose and existence is pure or perfect when looked at from the right distance and point. At the same time give yourself and them room to grow like the wild flower you are! There's a saying, 'When you like a flower, you selfishly, pull it from it's roots, but when you love it, you water it daily. Some may even talk to it, smell it, or kiss it! Now you though hugging trees was crazy? Not at all. Against the grains of self-destruction, today's norms can't be taken seriously. There's no choice, but to think out the box..
Cherish those who Cherish you, but keep your sacred space clear of unwanted energy. There's a gazillion ways to show someone your love for them, and some one who knew how to love you wouldn't ask you to hurt yourself to help them. The people you surround yourself with has every effect on the outcome of your circumstances. Choose your company wisely.
